multiple booting with win2000
I have XP and Vista on my machine and I have a blank partition open for windows 2000. When I try and boot from the disk it runs the check and then just reboots and does nothing different. Also, when I try and install from XP or Vista, i get the error message:
This CD-ROM is from and older version of Windows than the one you are presently using. Setup functionality from this disk will be disabled. I'm just wondering what I need to do differently in order to get it installed and hoping that I don't have to format everything and start from scratch with windows 2000 Win2000 CD: Windows 2000 Professional Checked/Debug Build Service Pack 4 |
