Limited Virtual Memory Error
Wondering if this is familiar to anyone.
Whenever I restart (log out/in for that matter) Windows, I receive the following error message: "Limited Virtual Memory Error". I am then notified that a temp memory page of size 20MB is being reserved by windows. The catch is that I have 768MB of RAM installed so I manually reset set my intial/maximum virtual page size to 1138MB /1536MB respectively. Unfortunately, whenever I restart, Wwindows Doesn't hold the previous change I made. I performed a virus scan and everything comes up clean (maybe it' a new virus - no definition yet). If anyone has any ideas please let me know. |
