No drive to FASTTRACK, bios not installed error message on boot!?

This means that you have some kind of promise controller installed, and that there are no IDE drives hooked up to it.
You can disable that scan somewhere in the BIOS settings - I know how annoying it is, because I am the happy user of a Gigabyte GA-7VRXP which has this fasttrack nonsense in it. |
