I'm having some problems with my computer. At startup, an error windows appears with this message:
Error loading: C:\WINNT\system32\oobsqpe.dll The specified module could not be found. I close it and after some time, the computer locks up with a login window and when I log in, non of the programs work (like if the programs didn't exist on my computer}. Then, I try shutdown, restart or log off and a window appears saying that I don't have the privileges to do so. And after a while it freezes. I cant find what's going on with my computer. I need help. |

Re: RUNDLL Error
malTurret,
Try pressing the F8 Key before windows starts loading and pick Safe Mode or Debugging Mode. An Internet search of "oobsqpe.dll" doesn't turn up any hits so this particular DLL file (provided you've typed it correctly) isn't associated with any known problematic software, OS files or viruses. That said, you may have recently installed something that has missing components or your system may have contracted some type of virus or malware. I would suggest posting this question to: http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...this-log-help/ before pursuing this issue any further in this forum. - John |
