Explorer.exe

when I try to start win explorer or control panel, the message explorer.exe has generated errors and will be shut down by windows. it says it creats a error log but i do not know where to find it.

Have same problem. Computer continues to work, but then later something fails and when try to close programs, this causes each and every one of them to have to be closed manually. Did you get any responses. I dont know how to find who or where any answers are. Thanks

hello i have two problems.
#1.i am being told that updates are ready for my computer click here to install, Well when i click it looks like it is going to install but then a error comes up saying that it was not able to install all my updates, Also the same error comes up when i go to shut down my computer and it tells me not to shut down as it is downloading my updates it will go like 1-98... the look like it is going to shut down it will keep on doing that and come up with the same error was not able to update my updates then i have to shut down from the pc.

#2.my next problems is that when i go online and go to a web site then want to go somewere in that web site it comes up with a error:THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED, FOR AN EXAMPLE: IF I WANT TO GO TO CAPITAL BANK IT WILL BRING THE WEB PAGE UP, BUT THEN WHEN I GO TO LOGON AND CLICK ENTER THEN THE MESSAGE COMES UP THAT THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE.
