What is Error #EL90BC mean
I'm receiving an Error #EL90BC in the system event viewer.
I try to open an application and the OS looks like it's going to open it but never does anything, No error messages, just sits there. the Mouse will get the hour glass like it's opening but nothing. I have to reboot several times before it will work. the only indication I have that something is wrong is this error code #EL90BC in the system event viewer. Does anyone have information on this Error code #EL90BC I believe it's a Windows 2000 Pro Error code.
