Installation Error

Ok you guys got to love me and my many problems!
I trying to install a palmpilot software and I get this error:

1327.Invaild Drive F:\

The problem is I have no F drivre.
So I go to safe mode thinking it was having a conflit of some sort. So in safe mode I try to install the program and I get this error:

1607: Unable to install Instal Shield Scripting Runtime Error

Any ideas?

Maybe it thinks F drive is the Palmpilot device?
