Help please how do I restart svchost

Hello,

I am an idiot lol. I used Spybot search and destroy and found svchost connected to Iexplore1.exe. So I delete Iexplore1.exe from my computer and registry then used the kill process function in spybot on svchost. Now I have learned it is a nesecary system process and it will not restart even if I restart my computer. Is there anything I can do to fix this? My computer is messing up bad now :( I cant use Add/remove programs, search for file or folders, and most internet explorer pages won't load. Please please help me =\

Go to Control panel, admin,tools, then look in services. Whether or not
that fixes your problem I dont know, but that is where you turn those
things on or off or auto...

I tried that. I cant start majority of them (error message pops up saying a required group or service is not running. I am assuming that means svchost is not running but I cant get it to run for the life of me).

You may try a repair install of 2000, cant remember if that is like
xp or not, But I think it is. Make sure to adjust spybot back to where
it was prior to the problem.....
