i'm running an intel pentium 4 dual core (2.8ghz / 2.79ghz) with 504mb ram and wanted to downgrade from XP to 2000 and i was just wondering if there was going to be any problems with 2000's ability to support newer technnology...
it's a Dell system. the Dimension E310. my network/video/sound is onboard, and i have 1 sata drive, 2 IDE drives. i do have all the drivers i'll need. any insight to problems i might encounter would be much appreciated :) (note: im posting this because i know, for example, too much ram in win98 actually hurts performance, etc etc) Last edited by spezticle : 04-12-2008 at 08:38 AM. |
