Inaccessinble Boot Device error

I had left my PC on all night, and when I turned on the monitor this morning, it had a blue error message screen saying "inaccessible boot device." It gives me the same message when ever I try to log on. I tried using my win2k boot disk, but it tells me that I need to reinstall "ntoskrnl.exe" I am not certain how I should go about doing so, and any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Take some time and read what Microsoft says about this problem. They also have solutions that are too large to give here, so have included link:
