Win 3.1 word processor in Windows 2000 pro

I have an old Win 3.1 word proc (WindowWorks if it matters) that I'm going to be continue to using for awhile until I can get my some 800 existing files converted. I have verified that it will run ok on Windows 2000 pro with FAT 32. Is there a chance that it will also run under NTSF? Or is that very unlikely.

The file system won't impact the program at all, since it's the OS that handles reads/writes.
