I recently upgraded from win ME to win 2k. In win ME when I clicked on a filename in the explorer window I could have a thumnail preview of a .JPEG or a .TIFF file. In win 2k, I can only have a preview of a .JPEG file. Any settings I need to change?

Welcome to TSF.
Not exactly sure what your question is. Aren't both previews then? For ME, do you mean when you hover your mouse over it, it shows a preview of the image? There are programs that allows you to see a preview in the right context menu. Perhaps you mean a program like this one?

win2k thumbs
In response to grey knight:
No, I don't mean another program. It is simply the win ME explorer window. I click on a file name in the list (either pic.jpeg or pic.tiff) and a preview thumbnail appears to the left under the folder data. In win2k, the preview appears only for a jpeg file (pic.jpeg) If I click on a pic in .TIFF format, there is no preview thumbnail. Of course I can double click it and my photo program will open and display it. But I like the simplicity of seeing a preview of each pic as I move down the files in the folder in explorer.
