OS reboots constantly

My daughters computer continually reboots without going into windows 2000.
I found out she deleted all the hotfix programs from add/remove programs in control panel. How can I get these undeleted and restore the system?

Have you tried booting up with the Last Known Good Config option?

OS keeps rebooting

Yes, I've tried Last Known Config, MS-DOS, and Safe mode and they all reboot.

Try pulling the CMOS battery for a couple of minutes....

If this doesn't work, try running a Windows 2000 repair setup. You shouldn't lose any data during this process BUT it is always recommended to backup data. Do you have another system that you could slave this drive to and transfer files?
