Insufficient privileges?
Hi, I am trying to install an Internet card into an older laptop running Windows 2k for my kid to use. I have logged in as Administrator, but when I insert the card into the PCMCIA slot, after displaying the "Found New Hardware - Netgear FA410" box for a few seconds, an error message says "You do not have sufficient privileges to install devices on this machine. Please log in as an Administrator or contact your Site Administrator"
I checked the Groups in control Panel, and Administrator is showing as a member of the group "Administrators" which should have full access. how do I fix this please? Richard |
