explorer.exe errors

how do i fix explorer.exe error messages. I've tried reinstalling....doesnt work........

When are you getting these messages? Is it random or when you run a certian program?

I get these messages when I go into the properties of a folder or drive and click on the add button to add users to it.
I am running Windows 2000 Pro........

any suggestions?
