Windows/Office 2000 printing problem
I just wanted to post this to see if anyone else has run into this problem before. I have a user within my company who has a Compaq Armada M700 laptop, running window 2000 professional, and office 2000. Whenever she goes to print a Word or Excel document with a link in it, it will reboot her computer. She is printing to a HP LJ8150N network printer. She is the only user having this problem. She emailed me the file and I attempted to print it to the exact printer, no issues. So I know that it is not the printer or print drivers. Any ideas?? I am about to go and reinstall Office 2000 to see if that fixes it. Thank you for any help.
