mp3's cause explorer.exe to generate problems and close

don't know why, but all of a sudden just clicking on an mp3 in win explorer causes a program error to pop up the says "explorer.exe has generated problems and will be closed by windows. You will need to restsrt the program."

Any ideas?

Try running "regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll" (no quotes) in Run.
