Okay so windows 2000 doesn't have msconfig, how do I control what programs are running @ the start menu??

What do you mean?
The downloaded file, StarterSetup.zip, has to be unpacked with a program like WinZip. That will give you a file looking like this: Untitled-1.jpg Double click the file to install Starter. |

You can copy msconfig fom a XP machine and use it, or download it here...
http://www.perfectdrivers.com/howto/msconfig.html Instructions are there... very simple, and it works. |
