how to fix this error

im always getting these kind of error when surfing the net
im using win2k pro
can someone teach me how to fix this

A quick google indicates it can be an IE problem.

I'd download Firefox and use it. See if the problem goes away. The only time we use IE is for downloading Windows Updates.

is firefox better than IE? or is it more stable?
i never use forefox or other web broser than IE before some info would be appreciated

IE is targeted by most virus programs. Firefox IMHO is much better.
