HELP! c:\ corrupt or unreadable!
i was surfing the internet when suddenly my bitdefender9 blocked ALL internet access. the next thing i knew, my C:\ drive cannot be opened with this error msg: "c:\ may be corrupt or unreadable"
i read your thread here but i always come back to the blue screen saying "run chkdsk/f". the problem, no matter what i choose (safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, debugging mode, etc, etc), windows would NOT load.. it always go back to the blue screen =( my os is win2000 any ideas/suggestions/help? this is the first time it happened to my laptop. we use a router with another pc which had the same prob but was fixed as it ran on winXP |
