continuation to other post

well...my computer started to come on a regular basis for no reason so i installed windows xp pro. eveything seemed to work fine but when i try to install one of my games Counter-strike it says files are corrupt and even when I tried to install AIM, it said a file was corrupt. Then my computer went to a blue screen later on and said To prevent damage to your computer, windows will shut down. Save physical memory dump

What does that error mean?? It looks as if there are multiple things wrong with my computer.

More than likely that your processor is still on its way out. :(

You could post the stack dump info, but a computer that comes on sometimes and then decides for no reason it doesn't want to come on other times...has problems, and if its not the power supply its either the MOBO or CPU.
