creating a CD from a downloaded program

I dowbloaded a program from ARES, a P2P site, and was told thatr I'd have to create an ISO file to burn the program to CD. How do I make the ISO file and burn the CD?

Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4 (build 2195)
Dell Computer Corporation L667r
667 megahertz Intel Pentium III
32 kilobyte primary memory cache
256 kilobyte secondary memory cache

I have Nero CD software on the system if that is pertinent.

Hello and welcome to TSF

TSF does not support P2P programs/Websites, and are not aloud to help anyone, with questions about something they have downloaded or how to use the program.

This below is what it says about P2P in the rules.
