Windows 2000 Restart Problem
Hi
Im trying to sort out a company laptop but ive come accross an annoying problem. Whenever i restart the computer it only gets as far as the Windows 2000 splash screen and then the screen goes black and stays that way. If i turn it off and turn it back on again, it boots up fine? I have been running some windows updates but rather than remove them all, i was wondering if anyone knew which one(s) may affect the restart sequence? Thanks in advance. Jigsaw |
