OS: Win2k, Win XP Pr amd Home

HT not Enabled in Win2k - and it should be :(
I have a Gigabyte GA-8S661FXM (bios F5)
http://www.giga-byte.com/MotherBoard...A-8S661FXM.htm running a 3.06 with HT and 800 FSB we're using this as a Remote Server and we did have linux installed and we saw the HT running as a second CPU but now after the Win2k SP4 Install she does not show up, every thing is up todate (Drivers and Win2k), the BIOS we know works, but the CPUs just dont show up, am i missing any thing?
