Have you contacted Yahoo support? If the problem is with their email account, they would be my first contact.

Same Problem

Sarah,

Did you ever have any luck figuring out what the problem might be. I have a friend who is experiencing the same problem, and I haven't been able to figure out a solution as of yet. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!!

Sarah do you encounter this problem in a such a way that you cannot type the body of the message or it is blank when you type-in? If so, then its possible that there could be a problem with your internet explorer. IE package includes upgrade for outlook express and for messenger. You can also try to repair IE. For more info on how to reinstall or repair IE then goto http://support.microsoft.com (Knowledge Base)
