W2K IP install in Safemode

Hello,

I have a machine where I uninstalled TCPIP after getting some TCP errors. Upon reboot I am getting "Error: Unable to find TCP Base" thanks in part I am sure to a reletivley unheard of client that is installed on this machine.

This keeps popping up. I cant log into the machine except in safe mode. Is there a way to reinstall TCPIP in safemode?

Thanks,

If you have your Win2k disk, you can use that to do repair.

I've never done a repair. Are there any drawbacks?
