Idea Msxmidi.exe

Could anyone please help with this problem:

I am currently using Windows 2000. Upon startup I'm receiving this annoying message: msxmidi.exe Cannot Find The File 'msxmidi.exe' (or one of it's components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available. If I click on ok another box with a yellow asterisk appears that says: 'Desktop' Could Not Load or run 'msxmidi.exe' specified in the registry make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry. If I click ok on this box it seems that the computer loads with pop up ads etc. If I don't click on either of the boxes and press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and click on Task Manager and Applications, Msxmidi.exe is running.

When I End Task msxmidi.exe both messages are gone, but they'll reappear when I start up Windows again.

I've run McAffe Virus, Spybot, CWShredder but to no avail.

Is there anyway to stop this message upon startup?

Thanks in advance.

It would appear that someone has stole all your MHz. Follow the link to get them back:
