How do I go back in time?

About a year ago I asked on this forum about flashing the BIOS. Got some good answers. Thought I printed the whole thing out but can't find it now. What's the best way to dig something like that up? I can't figure out if there's a way to search all my own threads.

Click Search from the top and then Advanced Search, you can then specify keywords, dates, usernames, forums etc.

That was the one, and now I know how to get there. I'd never looked at the Advanced Search.
