Mistake i accidentally deleted my os

ok i have this problem that this guy named ident was supposed to help me with in my please help! forum, but i think he abandoned me so if someone would be kind enough to read the forum and see if u can help me with my problem, i would be eternally grateful to u! IM DESPERATE....

I followed through what Ident told you to do and it makes perfect sense ..... but then, I'm a GEEK and an old man compared to many of you and have been working with computers for over 20 years. Ok, lets go back to the your original thread so its all in the same place.
