Wont defrag
for some reason the defrag box goes away and puts green lines at the bottom of the screen. Try to right click to refresh it and comp restarted and wouldnt boot changed bios settings and it would boot agian but i would really like it to defragment the right way any suggestions?

Restart your computer, and the moment it powers up, start pressing f8 repeatedly. This will give you a boot option screen, from which you can choose safe mode.
