Question General Upgrade question

I currently have an IBM Aptiva 333 Mhz with 192MB of RAM, 2 hard drives, 6G and 20 G, and CD-RW. I am currently running Win98 (Gold). I am wondering if I should by a new computer or just upgrade this computer. Any suggestions as to which OS to go with (WinXP Prof | Win2000 | Win2003 Workstation). I also have Linux but have compatability issues with software applications (my wife has the issues, not me).

Your input would be appriciated.

Thanks
JustAndy
