Cannot access My Computer or any drives/folders

Hello all, whenever I goto click on My Computer it does nothing but hang up, I can still move the mouse but am not able to click on anything. I have tried opening up folders/files from other programs and it does the same thing. I installed a driver for a flash drive and it seemed to work at first. I dunno any ideas what to do?

Run the System File Checker

Go to the Run box on the Start Menu and type in:

sfc /scannow ( sfc if not reconized)

This command will immediately initiate the Windows File Protection service to scan all protected files and verify their integrity, replacing any files with which it finds a problem. You will need your Windows cd.

Uninstall the drivers you just installed.

Were you having those problems before or after you installed the driver?
