Post RUNDLL32 (not responding) while browsing

Hello, I am new to posting at this site, but anyway I have a problem that I am not familiar with. It is happening on either of my computers that I currently use. While browsing the web my browser (firefox 1.5 or internet explorer 6.0) will stop almost like it is locked up. Sometime it really is and I have to reboot. Most of the time I can stop it by doing the cntrl, alt,del and ending the task. The task say RUNDLL32 (not responding). I would really appreciate some help with this. I know a little, I guess enough to be dangerous. Anyway--HELP

Sorry I took so long getting back. To answer your question YES. I have a Motorola cell phone with Tmobile that I use to connect to the net. I have to execute the moto program then execute one of my browsers (I.E.6, FireFox 1.5). It is during the execution of the browsers that the rundll32 program starts and finally stops responding. I can use my task manager at that time to end the rundll32 task and all is fine for a while. Then, while I am working or browsing the web it will happen again and sometimes it totally locks up everything and I have to reboot. OK???? What now.
