software instalation in win98

i want to know about software installation in win98.
i have win98 in my pc & i have installed my favourit software, and now i don't need to install any other software in my pc, so plz give me solution about it no one install any software in my pc i want to stop all software to install in my pc any more.

Well, there are third party parental control programs which can do this; but it is not an inherent windows feature.

You could also use a program which reverts the computer to its current state on restart (deep freeze comes to mind
