Not turning on :( help

Right my pc's getting on now and is getting more dificult to turn on, every couple of times i try nothing happens, the case is off so by having a fiddle with the wires and connections and re applying the power usualy works... but today nothing, I've tried what i usualy do and it wont turn on, all i get is a red flash from a light inside and the fan starting to turn and then stops.I've tried disonnecting some connectors which hasnt helped

Any ideas

try another power supply,someone you know will have one left after upgrading
