My System

Talk with your ISP (I assume you're using their DNS, and not your own DNS server).

I have spoken with my ISP and after carrying out checks and altering a couple of cookie settings under their instruction, the problem still exists .Have you any other suggestions? Regards.

problem solved!!!!!!!!!!

Evening all. thought you would like to know that I have solved my problem. As well as the website unavailable page I also had a page coming up from the company saying that cookies were not enabled and instructions on how to enable them on I.E.4 and 5.After making sure that cookies were enabled and speaking to my ISP I still drew a blank and so I started to look at my security settings in comparison with a friend who has Windows 98 and I.E.6. After checking the secure website settings I found that my Java permissions were disabled. I enabled them (to high) and could then log on successfully.
Thanks to everybody who read my thread and tried to help and also to techsupportforum.com. I have learned much about how your site works and also about my own system. Thanks again and a very merry christmas to all.
Regards.
