I have window xp running on dell 8400 with 500 mb ram.

Recently every time I use my computer I get pop up form Symentic email proxy stating "your email message was unable to send because mail server rejected message. j52 error message was too large"

1st, I am not sending any messeges or email, still the same pop up keep comming. It is never ending. every few minutes I get the pop up. What can I do??
