Windows 98

I am having a problem with my computer continiously flashing when pictures of advertisments are loadiing it takes a very long time for them to stop or sometimes it doesn't stop. Any suggestions as to what it is or how to fic it would be appreciated.

Hi scartoon and welcome to the forums.

Can you give some more detailed information regarding the problem you have? System specs? Operating system? When you say advertisments loading, I am assuming you mean web pages? Have you installed any recent programs or software? ANy new hardware, drivers or utilities? When did this start happening? The more information you provide, the easier it will be for a member to help diagnose and provide a solution to your problem.
