Unable to download LimeWire Pro

I recently subscribed to LimeWire Pro.
LimeWire informs me that my application is ready for download.
When I click on their download site, I receive the following message:
You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

In reading their User's Guide, the topic of 'Fire Wall Issues' appears.

Although the Guide doesn't speak directly to the problem I am having,
I'm suspect that this could be the problem.

I have Zone Alarm installed on my computer.

However, being new to use of the computer, I do not understand how to
disalbe this software to permit downloading the LimeWire application--
should this be the problem.

I have requested help from LimeWire on several occasions; they have not responded.

I would be most grateful for any assistance you might provide me in
a step-by-step format...
