The fan of my computer stopped working,so I replaced the fan with a new one and installed it myself.The new fan is working but the problem is I dont know if I installed the fan backwards or frontwards.Is the air current for the fan supposed to blow air out of the computer or suck air into the computer? The way I installed the fan is resulting in the air current being sucked into the computer.(if I were to place a piece of paper in front of the vent of the fan from the outside of my computer,the air current trys to suck in the paper and causes the paper to stick to the vent). So my question is,did I install the new fan backwards and is the air supposed to blow out of computer or suck in???

If you only have 1 fan and a fan in the power supply it should be blowing in
and the power supply fan will be blowing out.
If you have more than 1 fan,try to balance in and out.
Usually at least 1 in the front blowing in and 1 in the back blowing out.

My computer does have 2 fans.The fan with the vent facing outside the computer is the fan that I replaced and the air current is blowing inward.The other fan that is inside my computer is also blowing inward.(both fans are not blowing outward).So from your response I guess the fan that I replaced should be blowing outward,so I will turn the fan around. Thanks.
