Restoring 2nd Hard Drive after backup
Hello all,
I just performed a complete backup of my C: onto my second hard drive D: and had to reinstall Win 98, but now I can't get back to my D: to restore. BTW, my second drive shows up in Bios. Now my DVD/CD is using drive D: and I don't know how to rename it or get to my second hard drive, any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Last edited by StevenJ; 09-06-2005 at 11:10 AM. |

Update
Update: I figured out how to reletter DVD/CD drive to E:
[By clicking on properties in Device Manager and changing both to E:] However, I also found the second drive also in device manager but the letter assignment was blank and greyed out [couldn't be changed]. Windows 98 is still not showing it in "my computer." |
