Explorer error

I reinstalled win98 and updates many times but " iexplorer llegal operation error" appears . what is the problem.?????

Today morning i got these error when i was start the system:

1-
msgsrv32
This program has performed................will be shut down

MSGSRV32 caused a general protection fault in module USER.EXE at 0004:00001bf1

MSTASK caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at 0000:fff99b46
Rigesters:..................
