windows hangs

My computer is a Pentium III, win98se, 20gb hard disk 10 gb free space, memory is 384.
When I am restarting the computer it goes all the way to desk top then I get a blue screen exception at 0028:00000003 or 0028:00000006.

When I press any key it goes back to desktop and the mouse move but there is no response to clicking the mouse. If I ctrl/alt/delete I get explorer not responding.
How can I overcome this problem.

check Device Manager for any X or !...I would delete the driver, reboot, and let Found New Hardware Wizard reinstall....you will need you 98 disk.
