Ptext on pages are tiny

Here we go again. My puter is acting up again. When I go to a website all of the text is really small like size 6 font. When I click on a link that is tiny it appears the nomal size it should be before it takes me there. any suggestion of what caused this and how to fix it.

Does it change when you choose View/Text Size in IE?

NEVER EVEN LOOKED TO BE HONEST. I JUST CHANGED IT TO LARGE SO i'LL SEE HOW THAT WORKS. MAYBE I'M JUST GETTING OLD AND MY EYE SIGHT IS CHANGING.

PS Nope still does it. Not on all pages. This page is ok but If I go to let's say Altravista and do a search and when a list of links come up the text is really tiny, until I click on one then it appears larger for a second before I get there.
When I go to my webpage the text is all small.

I figured it out. I had to go to each website and reset the text size. I thought by just doing one page would do it but noooo had to do them all.
