Problem with printer

HP 5150 will not print in color. Replaced the color cartridge and it printed the test page but will not print any documents in color. What can I do to fix this?

Did you clean the print cartridges?

I don't know how to do that but when I put a new cartridge in, the color prints fine on the test page. It just won't print anything else in color even though color is selected in the properties of the printer.

Have you reloaded your drivers? I would get the latest from HP, uninstall what you have, and install the new ones.
