what is win2kpro CD?

JAMMAN mentioned win2kpro cd. what is it and how do I get a copy? thanx

Win2kpro CD is the Windows 2000 Professional CD, and if you don't have it, you can either go buy it, find someone who has it an get a burned copy....sort of illegal :( or skip it.. I can't find where JAMMAN posted anything about Win2K, so I'll need more info to be of assistance.

Ahhhh. I see the post now.. what everyone seems to be overlooking is password locking the screensaver. It's easy, is sort of effective, and best of all it's FREE! (with the purchase of whatever OS your running) Gotta love the small print and cheesy announcer talk! If this is good enough protection for you, you can right click and go to display properties, and then go over to the screen saver tab. you should have the option somewhere in there. probably under the advanced button or something. kmeyer301, It's somewhat easier to track the posts if you "reply" to the original thread instead of post a new one. It shows up as unread when a member logs on, so don't worry about being forgotten!!!
