DirectX Problems.

Now I know my the new computer is 4.0(blahblahblah) was actually 9.0b. So now I had a problem. I need to reinstall some files which were claimed they were outdated. How do I get those files???

DxDiag Notes
------------
DirectX Files Tab: Several files (ddraw.dll, ddhelp.exe, dsound.dll, etc.) are old versions, which could cause problems. You should reinstall DirectX to get the latest version.
Display Tab 1: Hardware-accelerated Direct3D 9 is not available because the display driver does not support it. You may be able to get a newer driver from the hardware manufacturer.

My System

You can download DirectX 9.0c from here. The problem is that your display adapter is an Intel 810E and the newest driver for it doesn't support DirectX 9. If you really want to get your machine working as well as possible, you should really be running DirectX 8.1 which you can get from here. Unfortunately, I doubt the installer program will allow you to install DirectX 8.1 because you already have 9.0b installed. I believe it only allows you to install a newer version of DirectX.

The only 100% guaranteed way to install DirectX 8.1 is to reinstall Windows. There are some DirectX uninstaller programs but none of them have that good of a reputation. DirectX was not designed to be uninstalled so you may get stuck installing Windows over again and then installing DirectX 8.1 to get your machine running at its best.
