Data Recover appz and/or tutorials

Win98- Pent I (100 MGZ)- 1GIG harddrive- 16MEG RAM
NEC Versa 2405CD Laptop.
Only boot with a bootable disk. (no WINDOWS) C:\ dir= nothing
is it at all possible that I still have recoverable data?
Partition Magic ver 8.0..?? or Easy Recovery CD verb 6.03??
Any chance?

you would have to use Easy Recovery Pro. Part magic can do very little when it comes to recovering files.

By far the best that I have found, I have even recovered pictures from my digital camera which uses smart media.
