USB 1024MB & Win98SE give lot's of trouble
Very recently I bought a Sweex 1024 MB Flash Disk USB 2.0 which was directly recognised by my laptop (WinXP Pro). I installed the driver as instructed on my desktop (Win98 SE), but it won't recognize it.
More or less at the same moment I got as Eminent 512MB Flash Disk USB 2.0 from my job (didn't know it was coming) and did the same thing on my laptop and desktop. Strangely enough, on my desktop the 512 MB stick was directly recognized after installing the driver. Does anyone know how I can solve this or any ideas where the problem might be. I already tried the website from Sweex and their installer there... Thanks a lot, Koos Hopeloos |
