Quick windows 95 question

I have a computer that HAD windows 95 on it, but it got reformatted...

I have a disc that says "Windows 95 Upgrade"

My question is...
Can the disc I have do a clean intallation?

Yup. The upgrade disk can do a clean installation or install over an existing installation. But it may ask you for proof that you owned a previous version of Windows in which case you would have to insert (presumably a floppy) of Windows 3.1.
